Toronto Raptors Make 2 Roster Moves Before Sunday's Game
USA TODAY Sports

On Sunday night, the Toronto Raptors  will be in Ohio to face off with the Cleveland Cavaliers

Before the game, the team recalled Dalano Banton and Christian Koloko from the G League (h/t Blake Murphy of Sportsnet)

Murphy: "Koloko and Banton are back up with the Raps after their big 905 win yesterday."

Banton was the 46th pick in the 2021 NBA Draft and is averaging 4.6 points, 1.3 rebounds and 1.1 assists per contest in 26 games.

Meanwhile, Koloko was the 33rd pick in the 2022 NBA Draft and is averaging 3.5 points, 3.2 rebounds and 1.1 blocks per contest in 45 games.

The Raptors come into the night with a 30-31 record in 61 games, which has them as the ninth seed in the Eastern Conference.

They are 7-3 in their last ten games and in the middle of a four-game winning streak.

However, the Raptors have struggled on the road, with an 11-18 record in the 29 games they have played outside of Toronto.

Last season, they were the fifth seed in the east and made the NBA Playoffs.

As for the Cavs, they are the fourth seed in the east with a 38-25 record in 63 games.

Over the last ten games, they are 7-3 but are also in the middle of a three-game losing streak.

At home, the Cavs have been fantastic, going 25-7 in 32 games hosted in Ohio.

The franchise has not been to the NBA Playoffs since the 2018 season, but the drought will likely end in 2023.
