Lions' rookie Terrion Arnold is ready to beat any receiver, even if that receiver is his mom

If there’s one thing that was learned at the 2024 NFL Combine, it’s that Lions rookie Terrion Arnold is going to be a dream player to cover from a media standpoint.

He is incredibly charismatic and funny. Reporters were hanging on to his every word during his combine interview and he spent a lot of the time talking about roofing. I’m being serious, he talked about roofing a lot. It was 15 minutes of awesomeness.

Arnold was considered to be the best cornerback in the 2024 NFL Draft by many draft experts. It's because he is a no nonsense corner that is willing to take on any receiver out there and jam them into the dirt. Even if that receiver is his mom.

Yes! That is exactly what you want out of a cornerback. A guy that's willing to jam his own mother into the dirt. She's apparently cool with it, so don't worry. It was on her for trying to line up against him.

This is just the start for Arnold in front of the media. He is going to be full of quotes like this and Lions fans are going to grow to love him. Especially if he lives up to his draft status. From everything we've seen from him as a player and a person, he definitely should.
